Anyway,

Now, everyone knows that this years April Fools' joke sucked, as Tom freely admits. However, Castle Crashers will almost certainly be finished this year, maybe even within a couple months, meaning that we can have a truly awesome April Fools' '09. So, lets come up with a list of good ideas for next year's April Fools'!

My list (please don't TL;DR):

Renaming:

YouGrounds, say it has been bought by Google.

FoxGrounds/MyGrounds, say it has been bought by Rupert Murdoch.

XinGrounds, say it has been bought by the Chinese Communist Party.

McGrubGrounds, say it has been bought by McDonalds.

JesusGrounds, say it has been bought by Focus on the Family, unable to watch any movies/games teen rated or above, "cussing and saying the Lords name in vain" are banned on the forums, "mature" section removed.

GayGrounds, rainbow color scheme, all gay themed movies on the front page, Tom comes out as gay and announces he's annulling his marraige, Stamper comes out as straight and says he's leaving NG.

Newgrounds has been bought by 4Chan. Hilarity ensues.

Taking site down:

Say that it has been taken down in a raid by the FBI and RIAA "for offering free music downloads."

Say that Philadelphia has been attacked by a giant lizard/penis/clock/etc.

Say that Tom Fulp has died playing Rock Paper Scissors Roulette.

Everyone is:

Deleted.

Allowed to go into the "mod forum," (a joke, all the topics are locked or something.)

Level 60, last secret is a Kitty Krew flash.

Hacked:

Newgrounds has been hacked and everyones's account has been stolen, and their aura changed to fab. If a user is already fab, they're changed to evil.

Newgrounds has been hacked by the Kitty Crew or some spam group, all the forums say HACKED BY ____________, news posts by all admins saying the same thing, everything on the front page are from that spam group, all the weekly awards go to that spam group and all the frontpaged flashes say they have a million views.

Redesign:

Redesign the entire site in Ms Paint.

Redesign the site using ugly clashing colors (i.e. red and purple).

Newgrounds 3.0? (lame)

Miscellaneous:

Newgrounds announces it's becoming a paid service, $0.10 to watch a movie, $0.15 to play a game, $0.01 per post in the forums ($0.02 if it includes html and $0.05 if it includes an image).

All mods are demodded, Tom announces he has hired several new people to replace them (they're the mods under different names).

Et Cetera. I have run out of ideas, and I may have just run you out of ideas too. Oh well.
